With over 40 years of experience in the refrigeration, cooling and display solutions industry, encompassing primary experience in owner business management, corporate growth, finance, market and product research and development, as well as design, installation, set-up, service, and maintenance of tailored bespoke solutions, I am confident that I am well-placed to address any of your business solution requirements. My professional passions are energy efficiency and providing excellent key account management and customer service. As the founding Member, Executive Director, and Managing Director of Operations for R.O.C.S. Africa, I draw on my vast experience to develop innovative, eco-friendly, and cost-effective solutions with sustainable business models that mutually benefit our supplier and customer relationships. I also strive to foster a more knowledgeable and content working environment by encouraging our team of experts to grow both personally and professionally.

Project Manager

Having been involved in the industry for 12 years, I have been fortunate to gain a wealth of experience and knowledge from our family-run business. What started out as a family business has since evolved to include customers and colleagues who have become like family. Beyond this, my role within the company has ranged from qualified refrigeration and cooling technician to managing onsite requirements and post-installation certification. I have been able to utilise my personal experience to mentor and develop a team of staff with the goal of monitoring customer service levels as well as undertaking quality control and performance management. Additionally, I have gained experience in all aspects of the business operations, from administration to finance, and have completed courses and training on the products that we use. Not only do I stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements, but I am also able to take on the challenge of traveling to other African countries in order to manage projects and developments abroad. With a passion for the industry and a drive to learn, I am dedicated to ensuring excellence in all that I do.

Office Manager

In 2012, I was welcomed into the industry and have since then been working with Michael Breckle for eleven years. By displaying dedication and constantly improving myself, I progressed from a Junior Draughtsman to a Sales Co-Ordinator and Projects Draughtsman, followed by Internal Sales and Business Operations and then Personal Assistant to Operations. Currently, I am managing multiple business activities as the Office Manager. I have earned a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Management and am presently studying for a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management and Information Systems. All of this has provoked within me an unquenchable love for knowledge and how to implement it correctly in the workplace. With R.O.C.S, I have benefitted from incomparable learning and development opportunities. By sharing Michael’s unlimited enthusiasm and interest in the industry, particularly in Energy Efficiency, Reduction of Carbon Footprint and eco-friendly business solutions, I have discovered my true calling. I am thankful to R.O.C.S and Michael for giving me a chance to hone my capabilities, and I truly believe in the grand ambition of R.O.C.S to provide unique, eco-friendly and high-impact, yet achievable and economically feasible business solutions.
