Project Objectives:
This project was in the planning stages for just over a year before it commenced. ROCS were privileged to be awarded the refrigeration, cold/freezer rooms along with the air-conditioning of the store. This allowed us to provide the retailer with a turnkey solution.
The project was completed by our team in just 6 weeks leaving. There was a lot of planning and thought put into the supply of the refrigeration and airconditioning due to the store being far inland. Special designed filters were designed and installed to prevent condensers from blocking up due to the dusty area. This is just one of the many cost saving initiatives focused on reducing maintenance costs.
The store is also monitored 24/7 utilizing ROCS proprietary monitoring and control system.
