Replaced 4 * Copeland scroll compressor with 3 * Brand New BOCK semi hermetic compressor with unloaders.
⁠This was to increase capacity on an existing Low Temperature multiplex and reduce on energy consumption.
⁠Replaced damaged rack controller to gain full control on all 3 multiplex systems to ensure maximum performance.
⁠Reinstated existing medium-temperature and low-temperature economisers.
⁠Re-commissioned the current XWEB remote and control system to save the customer on purchasing any new equipment.
⁠Strategically repositioned existing evaporators in Freezer rooms to get maximum airflow and temperature in the freezer rooms.
⁠Keeping the existing equipment opted to do a complete service on the Multiplex systems to ensure better performance and longevity on plants.
Replaced old inefficient evaporator barrel fans to new technology more efficient evaporator fans.
